Gig this Friday in Belfast. The venue has been changed to accommodate my enOOOOrmous piano and the arena sized crowd we’re bringing in. We’re now playing the Black Box, 18-22 Hill Street, Belfast. It’s only 100 yards away from the previous venue so you can catch the same bus.

Recorded our live session for Jamie Cullums show on BBC Radio 2 yesterday. Will be broadcast early May. Recorded four tracks and an exclusive number for JC. Felt good. Though introducing the numbers whilst the other two lads pulled faces in front of me made things fairly impossible! See a few pics from the session over there>>>

Classic first week of release. Eerie silence Monday morning. Eyeballs scanning from left to right looking for action, then by Tuesday all hell breaking loose. Been an amazing week on itunes. The guys there gave us a big fat juicy banner on the music page. Wanting to see the effect, me and Ev have been glued to the itunes charts looking at the progress. Sad gits. Been fun though to see us breaking the mainstream charts! Amazon put up the first half of our docu video on the ‘Radio Silence’ Amazon page. If you haven’t seen it yet, check it out. Then go to youtube to see part two. Jamie Cullum gave us such a nice plug on his radio show. Playing Vice Skating he was pre-empting our live session on his show, going out next week. Will be recording that this weekend. Keep an eye on this page for a free download link come the end of the week. One of our ‘influential publication friends’ is promoting the album with an exclusive track of ours. News on Friday.

Third time lucky then. Whatever that means. Album out today. I’m celebrating by walking in Hyde Park with Ian Botham for the ‘forget-me-not’ walk. Starting at 1pm today. No aeroplanes required. Thanks to all the well wishers and more importantly to the donators who’ve so generously supported me. Especially those who were skint anyway, but still put their hands in their pocket. Humbling lot! Anyway, album out, reviews coming in. Most very good. Some can forget the Christmas Card this year. Feeling like a farewell tour already! Other things to co-incide….I’m moving house. Literally the day before the tour. So expect to see me on stage wearing dungarees. Today is my wedding anniversary. Can’t remember which one. All I know is ‘our tune’ is ‘chirpy chirpy cheep cheep’.
